YPC facilitates in social entrepreneurship training for young women

YPC facilitates in social entrepreneurship training for young women

In collaboration with other partners of Young Women Entrepreneurs for Freedom and Change [YWE4fFC] who are ILO, TAYODEA, TGNP and YPC; MS Training centre for development cooperation Dar es Salaam (MS-TCDC, Dar es Salaam) offered a social entrepreneurship one week field training to 150 young women from five regions; Unguja, Kibaha, Handeni, Bagamoyo and Singida. In each region, a based partner played a role of coordinating all logistics. Each course took five days (Monday to Friday).

Facilitators’ team comprised of 3experienced trainers, Adrian Nzamba and Erick Chrispin from MS-TCDC Dar es salaam together with an outsourced trainer, Gloria Mabele from YPC Kibaha who is a skilled trainer on social entrepreneurship and business development service provision. Otherswere field project coordinators: Halima Libemembe from ActionAid Zanzibar, SadikiMshilu from TAYODEA Tanga, StephenChimalo from ActionAidBagamoyo and WilbardKimario from ActionAidSingida.
